Grilled potatoe

Egg whites

Cinnamon

Instructions
| Choose small potatoes, boil and peel them. Then whip egg whites to a stiff froth and dip the potatoes in it. Then roll them in bread crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Frizzle them in hot butter. |
