Port
Cardamons
Mace
Cinnamon
Ginger
Lemon peel
Cloves
Sugar
Apple
Egg white

Instructions

Add the following to 1/4 kanna port: 4 crushed cardamons, some mace, a piece of cinnamon, a piece of ginger, lemon peel, a couple of cloves, 1/4 skålpund sugar, a grilled apple, and a egg white whipped. Heat the wine in a pot and leave to cook. Then sieve it and drink warm.
