Egg the Portuguese way

Sugar
Orange water
Lemon juice
Yolks
Candied lemon peel
Dessman sugar
Cottiniak

Instructions

Melt sugar with orange water, two ... lemon juice, some salt and yolks. Put over a slow fire and stir with a silver spoon. When the eggs separate from the pan or tray they are done. When cool put in a pyramid and stuff with candied lemon peel, Cottiniak and Dessman sugar.
