Egg the Portuguese way

Orange water
Lemon juice
Yolks
Candied lemon peel
Dessman sugar

Instructions
| Melt sugar with orange water, two ... lemon juice, some salt and yolks. Put over a slow fire and stir with a silver spoon. When the eggs separate from the pan or tray they are done. When cool put in a pyramid and stuff with candied lemon peel, Cottiniak and Dessman sugar. |
